๐ŸŒŸ Understanding Props in React ๐ŸŒŸ

In React, props (short for properties) allow us to pass data from parent to child components, creating a powerful communication channel between them.

๐Ÿ’ก Why are props important?

  • Props are like arguments passed to functions, enabling customization and configuration.

  • We can pass any type of data via props: strings, arrays, objects, functions, and even other components! ๐Ÿ’ป

๐Ÿ” Key Concept: Props are immutable, meaning they can't be modified by child components. Instead, only parent components can update the data. React enforces this to maintain pure functions and avoid side effects.

๐Ÿ’ก One-Way Data Flow: React follows a one-way data flow, meaning data passes from parent to child only. This predictability makes debugging easier and improves performance compared to two-way data binding in other frameworks.
